When online enquiries are available, the form collects your name, contact details, preferred location, treatment interest, optional appointment preferences and message. With your consent, these details are sent to the configured clinic service so NFMA can respond. Please do not include medical records, payment details or sensitive health information.
Booking and directions
Online booking links open NFMA’s Jane booking service. Google Maps loads only when you choose to load a map. These services have their own privacy practices.
Optional services
If configured, the virtual assistant and analytics are provided by NFMA’s connected platform. Optional analytics loads only after consent.
